基于粗糙集理论的企业自主创新能力评价研究

Study on Evaluation of Enterprises’Independent Innovation Ability Based on Rough Sets Theory

自主创新是企业实现可持续发展的内在要求,是其核心竞争力的关键。企业作为自主创新的主体,科学评价并增强其自主创新能力,显得尤为重要。从自主创新过程及管理的视角,构建了企业自主创新能力体系,并选取某集团下属10家企业作为样本,运用粗糙集方法对其自主创新能力进行实证评价,验证了该方法的可行性和实用性。

Independent innovation is the intrinsic demand for the sustainable development of enterprises, and the key of their core competitive ability. The enterprises take the principal part in independent innovation,so evaluating scientifically and strengthening the independent innovation ability appear especially important to them, From the angle of independent innovation process and management,this article constructs enterprises＇independent innovation ability system,afterwards selects lO subordinate enterprises of some group as sample, and uses rough sets method to carry demonstration appraisal on their independent innovation ability,which proves the feasibility and practicability of this method.
