Research on the Innovation Evaluation System of Metropolis

都市圈作为国家和区域的增长极,在我国创新体系的建设和发展中具有重要的地位和作用。随着经济社会的不断发展,建立与经济社会发展相适应的、较为完善的区域创新体系,将为提高都市圈科技创新能力、实现经济社会的可持续发展提供技术支持,也是区域发展的迫切需要。在对区域创新体系理论和都市圈创新体系要素分析的基础上,提出了都市圈科技创新评价模型,同时对都市圈科技创新评价体系进行了初步的探讨。

As growth pole of nation and region, megalopolis plays a very important role in the construction of national innovation system. With the development of social economy, a perfect regional innovation system which adapts social economy will supply technical support to innovation capability of megalopolis and the realization of continuable development of social economy, it is also urgent to regional development. Based on the theory of regional innovation system and analysis of megalopolis innovation factors, the paper gives a model of the innovation evaluation system of metropolis, and probes into the innovation Evaluation System of Metropolis.
