近年来企业社会资本的研究呈现出明显的上升趋势,明确企业社会资本的概念与研究维度是展开相关研究的基础。在文献研究的基础上,回顾了关于企业社会资本的概念及研究维度的研究;指出采用基于资源的企业社会资本概念更贴近其本质,企业社会资本的构成涵盖内外两个部分;提出未来研究应注重把握企业社会资本的核心要素,兼顾内外部视角,采用基于本质特征的研究维度。

Recently there has been an increasing trend in the literature of corporate social capital. The concept and research dimensions should be fixed on in the research of corporate social capital from scratch. Based on the literature research, the related literature is reviewed about the concept and research dimensions. It is proposed that the concept based on resource is close to its essential, which is composed of internal and external parts. To grasp the core factors.future research should pay attention to adopt the research dimensions based on its characteristic with internal and external perspective.
