摘要 目的分析总结多发性大动脉炎(TA)的多层螺旋CT检查方法及CT征象,提高TA的CT诊断水平。方法回顾性分析20例TA的多层螺旋CT检查资料,总结CT检查方法及CT表现并结合文献进行分析讨论。结果按照Lupi-Herrea分类法,包括I型5例,Ⅱ型3例,Ⅲ型12例。受累血管48支。CT表现包括:受累血管管壁增厚48支、管腔狭窄46支、闭塞2支,2例并有血管瘤样扩张。结论正确选择多层螺旋CT检查方法,能够为TA的正确诊断提供可靠信息。 Objective To elevate the diagnosis level of Takayasu's arteritis (TA) by analyzing and summarizing the examine method and findings of TA in Multi - slice Spiral CT (MSCT). Methods The MSCT imaging of 20 patients with TA were retrospective analyzed. The MSCT examination method and findings were analyzed and discussed. Results According to Lupi - Herrea's classification, type Ⅰ in 5 cases, type Ⅱin 3 and type Ⅲ in 12 cases were recorded in the present study. 48 blood vessels to be involved in. MSCT findings including : 48 blood vessels show vessel walls thickening, 46 show lumens stenosis, 2 show occlusion, 2 show lumens stenosis and angeioma - like dilatation. Conclusion The MSCT can provide reliable information for the right diagnosis of TA.
