摘要
从一株南海红树林真菌E33号中分离到一个新的水杨酸衍生物,命名为3,5′-二羟基-4,′5-二甲氧基-2′-甲基-[1,1′-联苯]基-2-甲酸(1),其结构通过MS,1D、2D NMR,IR等得到鉴定。
A new chemical compound belonging to salicylic acid derivative, named 3,5'-dihydroxy-4', 5-dimethoxy-2'-methyl- [1, 1'-biphenyl ] -2-carboxylic acid (1), was isolated by silica gel column chromatography from the culture broth of a entophytic fungus in mangrove from the South China sea. The structure of 1 was elucidated by comprehensive spectroscopic analysis and chemical methods, primarily 2D-NMR techniques.
