152例肺炎支原体感染的临床分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨儿科肺炎支原体感染的特点。方法对儿科肺炎支原体感染152例临床资料进行分析。结果86例婴幼儿病例中出现肺部湿性罗音46例(53.49%),66例3岁以上患儿肺部出现湿性罗音12例(18.18%),两者有显著性差异(P<0.01)。婴幼儿中合并肺外并发症24例(27.91%),3岁以上合并肺外并发症32例(48.49%),两者有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论婴幼儿病例肺部症状体征较明显,3岁以上患儿则肺部体征较轻,更易发生肺外并发症。
