摘要
以辽宁锦州铁合金厂含铬废渣为研究对象,采用水泥固化和药剂稳定法对其进行处理。实验结果表明:以矿渣、粉煤灰为固化体添加剂,同时加入亚硫酸钠作还原剂所得到的铬渣水泥固化体,其六价铬浸出毒性低于国家标准,抗压强度可达26 MPa以上,可以综合利用;日晒实验结果证明,该固化体在进行综合利用时应尽量避免日晒。
The chromium residue from Jinzhou Ferroalloy Co. , Ltd. was treated by cement solidification and Chemical Stabilization Technology. The cement solidified bodies were made with fly ash and furnace slag as additions and with Na2SO3 as reduction agent. The research results indicate that the toxic chromium can be fixed and stabilized in the matrix of stabilized products. Cr (Ⅵ) toxicity of the leachate decreases to that below the national standard, compress pressures of the solidification body reaches above 26 MPa which could be comprehensive utilization. The results of anti - solarization experiment show that the shining resistance measures should be taken when the modified cement solidification bodies are utilized.
