研究了乙醇和木炭脱氧剂在固定床和循环反应器中的脱氧燃烧反应。温度为360℃,反应尾气氧含量可低于质量分率1.0×10-3,循环反应器与气液交换器联运除去锅炉给水溶氧,可使水中氧气含量低于0.1mg/l。
The deoxygenation combustion reaction was researched in a fixed bed reactor and in a cycle reactor with alcohol and wood charcoal as deoxidizer. The fixed bed reactor working at 360℃ can reduce the O2 content in tail gas to 1000 ppm. The cycle reactor were combined with the gas liquid contacter to remove the O2 in the boiler feedwater. The combined operation showed that the O2 content in the water could be reduced to 0. 1 mg/l.
