市售消毒剂杀菌性能的实验室评价

LABORATORY EVALUATION OF GERMICIDAL PROPERTIES OF MARKETING DISINFECTANTS

目的评价目前市售各类消毒剂产品质量,了解市场消毒剂产品质量稳定性。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对随机抽样4类25个品牌消毒剂产品的有效成分含量和杀菌效果进行了评价。结果9种含碘消毒剂由于有效碘含量相差5倍到数十倍,所以对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭效果各不相同,以样品2杀菌效果比较差。10种含氯消毒剂中,样品9杀菌效果最好,但样品4杀菌效果比较差,有效氯500mg/L在15min内尚不能完全杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌。两种季铵盐类消毒剂样品2含苯扎溴铵仅为32mg/L,因而其杀菌效果较差,应属于不合格消毒剂。4种酚类消毒剂的含量从8.0g/L～40g/L,但有3种在75min内不能完全杀灭悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌。结论在山西省境内市场销售的化学消毒剂产品整体评价质量尚可,但也有部分产品质量较差,提示应加强消毒剂市场监督监测力度和抽检频度。

Objective To evaluate the quality of various disinfectants sold in market at present and to know the stability of quality of marketing disinfectant products. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to evaluate the active principle content and germicidal efficacy of disinfectant products belonging to 25 brands of 4 categories sampled randomly.Results Because the differences of available iodine content between 9 iodine - containing disinfectants attained five to several dozen times, their efficacy in killing Staphylococcus aureus was different and the germicidal efficacy of sample 2 was low. Among the 10 chlorine - containing disinfectants, the germicidal efficacy of sample 9 was the best, while that of sample 4 was relatively low, it even could not completely kill S. aureus with an available chlorine content of 500 mg/L and contact time of 15 min. Among 2 quaternary ammonium salt products, sample 2 contained bromogeramine only 32 mg/L, so its germicidal efficacy was relatively low and it belonged to ineligible disinfectant. The active principle contents of 4 phenolic disinfectants were 8.0 - 4.0 g/L, but 3 phenolic of them could not completely kill S. aureus in suspension within 75 rain. Condusions The quality of chemical disinfectants sold in the market of Shanxi Province is passable as a whole, but the quality of some products is poor, indicating that it is necessary to strengthen the supervision and monitoring of the disinfectant market and to increase the frequency of selective examination.
