自然来稿处理中的若干问题探析

在自然来稿的处理中,存在着投稿回复不作为、编辑初审标签化、稿件取舍关系化、稿件命运单一化、退稿处理非人性化等问题。对此,编辑要树立服务至上的理念,落实稿件回复制度,完善初审制度,质量面前一视同仁,建立稿件命运多样化的机制,高度重视退稿工作。

There exist some problems in the management of author contributions, such as not responding to the authors, using the uniform comments too often, accepting or rejecting manuscripts based on the guanxi, and so on. The editors should better serve the contributors, carry out the system of responding the authors, perfect the system of initial evaluations by the editorial staff, accept the manuscripts according to the quality, and doal with the rejection more prudently.
