摘要
针对某4×2车辆,设计了基于电控柴油机、TC+AMT及驱动轮独立制动联合控制的牵引力控制系统的方案,并提出了控制策略。建立了动力传动系统、整车等数学模型。在Matlab\Simulink环境下搭建了仿真模型,并对典型工况进行了仿真分析。结果表明所提出的牵引力控制策略能够使柴油机、TC+AMT及制动系统的控制有机结合,有效地改善车辆在弱附着路面上的起步加速能力。
The project of traction control system based on electronic control diesel engine, TC+AMT and drive wheel independent brake combined control for some kind of 4 ×2 vehicle was designed ,and the control strategy was proposed. The mathematic models of power transmission system, vehicle and so on were built. The simulation models were built in the environment of Matlab/Simulink. And some simulations in the typical conditions were processed. The results indicate that the traction control system strategy can make diesel engine, TC+AMT and brake system control combined. The ability of starting and acceleration of vehicle running on the low adhesion road is improved effectively.
