摘要
通过数理统计中的方差分析等方法,对提高乙烯装置的生产负荷进行了深一步的分析和探讨,找出了延长裂解炉运转周期的措施及控制急冷油粘度的最佳工艺参数值,便于技术人员在生产中做到心中有数、安全生产,取得更高的经济效益。
This paper forcuses on the statistic methods of variance analysis to enhence the production capacity of ethylene cracking plant.A set of optimum process parameters has been further found to prolong the operation period of pyrolysis furnace and to control the quenching oil viscosity.The results can be readily used to ensure safety in production and to achieve more economic profits.
