注塑机注射速度的模糊控制及其仿真 被引量:7

摘要 注射速度控制是注塑成型工艺里极其重要的一环。由于注塑过程的时变和非线性特点,注射速度控制成为较为复杂的一个课题。在一个螺杆往返式注塑机通用模型的基础上,给出了注塑机速度模糊控制系统的一般性设计方法:输入输出量定义域的选择,隶属度函数的形状,使用相位面分析设计知识库,前馈控制器的设计。通过仿真说明了该方法设计的控制系统能有效的跟踪快速变化的速度设定曲线,在模型参数发生变化时也能够得到良好的控制效果。 Ram velocity tracking control is an important process in injection molding.Due to the nonlinearity of the injection system and the fluctuation of the system parameters during the process,velocity tracking is a complicated task to study.A general method of designing a fuzzy controller for velocity control in reciprocating-screw injection molding machines is presented,including definition of universes of the membership functions of inputs and outputs,getting rules via phase plane method,designing of a Feed-forward controller.Simulations are provided to evaluate the performance of the proposed control system.
