摘要
对添加RE(稀土)和Mg的热浸镀铝层的耐蚀性能进行了试验研究,给出了镀层在各种介质的腐蚀试验结果,并对腐蚀形貌进行了观察和分析。结果表明,适量的RE和Mg能改善镀层的耐蚀性。
The experimental study were conducted on corrosion resistance of hot - dip aluminizing coat with RE and Mg additions. The corrosion rate of the coat in various mediums was given and the morphology of corroded surface was investigated. As a result,proper RE and Mg additions improved the corrosion resistance of hot-dip aluminizing coat.
