摘要
白色念珠菌病对人类的健康有很大威胁,虽然已经有了一些治疗性药物(如氟康唑、两性霉素等),但其发生率和死亡率都居高不下。目前认为,抗真菌疫苗是未来治疗真菌疾病的新途径。本文综述了近年来白色念珠菌疫苗基础性研究的进展,概述了几种正在研究中的白色念珠菌疫苗。
