Effect of Si-deposited Layer on Electromagnetic Properties of DW Type silicon Steel

研究了PCVD法在电工钢上沉积Si的规律及其电磁性能,探讨了处理温度对表层中Si含量影响。DW620—50电工钢经PCVD处理后磁性能得以改善,高温扩散后其铁损降低了45.2％,磁饱和强度提高了4.5％。

The si-deposited layer o f silicon steel sheets and it's electromagnetic properties were investigated. Influence of treated tempertrature on the layer was studied. The properties of the sheets are improved by used PCVD.
