摘要
体育课程资源是体育课程得以有效运作的基础,是体育课程改革与发展的基本保证。通过从体育课程资源相关概念的研究入手,对当前高校体育课程资源开发利用的现状进行理性的剖析,探讨开发和有效利用体育课程资源的新途径和新方法。
Physical Education Course Resources （PECR） are the basis for the effective operation of P. E. courses and the guarantee for the reform and development in this area. Effective methods and approaches to employ PECR in P. E. course are therefore offered based on the analysis.
