3-Phase Power Factor Correction Based on Harmonic Injection

摘要 三相单开关功率因数校正器在硬开关下,由于其谐波失真率(THD)较大而使功率等级受到限制。通过谐波注入技术调制占空比,在不连续导通模式(DCM)下对输入电流进行功率因数校正(PFC),获得了极佳的性能。这种方法可以使校正器的THD减小,以及在满足强制谐波标准(如IEC61000-3-2)下达到更大的功率等级。采用该方法,已经做出1 kW实际样机。 The application of the single-switch three-phase discontinuous-conduction-mode (DCM) boost rectifier to higher power level was limited due to its high THD in hard switching state. By using harmonic-injection technique to modulate duty cycle, the power factor of the input current was corrected at discontinuous-conduction-mode and good performance was obtained. With this technique, a lower THD, or a higher power level with a low THD that meets the IEC61000-3-2 requirements can be achieved for the rectifier. A 1 kW prototype has been developed.
