摘要
通过分析DC/DC变换器过流和短路两种工作状态的联系和区别,以及对器件自身和所在系统可靠性的影响,明确了在DC/DC变换器设计中,应针对过流和短路分别进行保护设计,才能有效地提高器件的可靠性,并给出了过流保护和短路保护的电路设计实例。
Over-current and over-voltage of DC/DC converters were analyzed and their influence on the device itself and the system in which it is used were dealt with. In order to improve the reliahility of the device, it is necessary to design over-current and short-circuit protection circuits for DC/DC converters. Finally, an over-current and short-circuit protection circuit was designed as an example.
