Current Situation Countermeasures Research on Higher Vocational Education of Hubei Province

湖北省高等职业教育总体规模大,已形成自身特色,并积累了较丰富的经验。然而,高职教育办学经费短缺、学生实习基地少和就业难等问题制约着高等职业教育的进一步发展。高职教育从规模扩张转变到提高质量、政府增加高职教育投入、推进产学合作、采取切实措施提高高职毕业生就业率是湖北省高职教育发展的必由之路。

Higher vocational education of Hubei province has formed its own characteristics, and has accu-mulated rich experience. But shortfalls of vocational education funding, students internships and employment bases, etc, constraining the further development of vocational education. It＇s the only way of the development of higher vocational education of Hubei province that vocational education transforms from the expansion of the scale of vocational education to improve the quality, government increasing input of higher vocational education, and promoting the cooperation between industry circles and vocational institutes, taking practical measures to in- crease the employment rate of graduates from higher vocational.
