摘要
采用常规的平板稀释与画线法,从受污染的河畔污泥中筛选出一株具有絮凝活性的微生物絮凝剂产生菌,该菌产生的微生物絮凝剂对高岭土悬浮液具有很好的絮凝作用,暂命名为Nb-1。研究了Nb-1的形态结构和生理生化特征,实验分析了不同的碳源、氮源、培养基原始pH值、培养温度、培养时间下,对Nb-1产絮凝剂的絮凝活性的的影响。
A strain of microbial flocculant -producing bacterium was isolated from sludge of polluted river bank with conventional panel lineation and dilution methods. Microbial flocculants produced by this bacterium can flocculate the Kaolin clay suspension effectively. The Morpha and phyio - biochenical characteristics were studied. A series of experiments showed, the factor such as the carbon sources of culture medium, nitrogen sources of culture medium, initial pH of culture medium, culture temperature, culture time ,have important effects on the flocculating activity of this bacterium( named Nb - 1).
