基于MSC.Patran的水下航行器噪声专用程序二次开发

摘要 借助通用的有限元分析软件进行结构力学问题求解在船舶工程中非常实用,但对水下载人航行器噪声估算和预报等振动噪声专业的问题进行求解时,需要使用试验得出的经验公式,目前缺少方便实用的前后处理软件。以MSC.Patran为前后处理平台,使用PCL语言对水下航行器噪声计算程序进行了二次开发,并将噪声求解器集成到MSC.Patran中。最后以某船舱管道噪声为例进行计算,结果表明,这种专用程序的二次开发不仅可以方便的进行噪声方面的工程计算,而且能和Nas-tran等求解器一样对计算结果进行前后处理分析。 The general finite element analysis software has been applied to the mechanical of structure problems in ship engineering, but when vibration noise such as the underwater vehicle is estimated and forecasted, the empirical formula obtained from a lot of experiments need to be used. Emulator has been secondary developed in MSC. Patran which is a pre-processing and post-processing platform, noise solver has been integrated to the platform using PCL language, finally, pipeline noise of one cabin has been calculated, the results showed that not only the noise can be calculated conveniently, but also the calculated data can be posted as Nastran with this appropriation procedure.
