Research on Application of Three Dimensional City Model(3DCM) in Regulatory Detailed Urban Plan

介绍了控制性详细规划编制、三维城市模型的概念及国内、外该领域的应用现状;紧密结合城市控制性详细规划编制的过程,对三维城市模型在其中的应用进行深入探讨;最后对三维城市模型在控制性详细规划编制中应用所需关键技术的发展进行了展望。

This paper firstly introduced the concepts of the three dimensional city model（3DCM）and of the regulatoly detailed urban plan,and the application states in domestic and abroad. Then,closely combined with the procedure of the regulatory detailed urban plan,the paper studied the application of 3DCM. Finally, the paper also discussed the development of some key technology in this field.
