摘要
三维地理信息系统是当前GIS领域的研究热点。三维注记有利于地理信息的表达和传输,在分析了三维注记基本要素的基础上,基于ArcGIS Engine和OpenGL实现了注记的三维显示,同时实现了注记信息的交互操作、存取功能。
In recent years,the research about 3D GIS is popular in the field of GIS. 3D annotation is favorable for geo - information transmisson. In this paper,the basic elements of 3D annotation are analyzed firstly. Then by using ArcGIS Engine ＆ OpenGL,the display of 3D Annotation and read-write function are,interactive operation to annotation is implemented. It also efficiently supports for interactive operation to annotation.
