摘要
用基底掏土法对某7层砖混建筑物进行纠偏,对基础沉降进行密集监测。通过监测结果确定纠偏施工的取土量,施工节奏和施工速度等,有效控制了纠偏施工期间基础的挠曲变形,保证结构原有裂缝在纠偏期间不再发展,使建筑物纠倾后倾斜值小于9 mm。
