介绍了艾默生DCS Ovation-XP在邯钢2000m3高炉控制系统中的软件和硬件配置、网络构成、可靠性的分析应用。应用1年来取得了高炉系统稳定、生产顺利、监控操作方便的效果。
It is introduced the software and hardware configuration of EMESHAN DCS control system Ovation - XP in 2 000 m^3 blast furnace of Hart Steel as well as its network structure and reliance analysis. In last year it has been proved effective to make blast furnace system steady, production smooth and supervisory and operation convenient.
