摘要
为防止高温材料的腐蚀,需要对高温气冷堆氦气回路中各种气体杂质进行控制。为克服传统设计耗能高、占地大的缺点,该文设计了一套小型氦气净化实验装置,验证基于渗透膜的气体分离技术在氦气净化中的应用前景。膜组块采用钯-银合金复合膜材料,管壳式布置。膜分离器采用仅含一个膜组块的再循环单分离渗透器(SSP)设计。气体分离器部分应用模块化设计思想,使用不同渗透膜材料的膜组块就可以对不同气体杂质进行实验。
To avoid the corrosion of high temperature materials, the contaminants inside helium loops of high temperature gas cooled reactors (HTGR) need to he controlled. Compared to high energy consumption and large space need in traditional designs, a laboratory-scale helium purification test facility is designed to estimate and validate the application of membrane separation technology in helium purification. Single stripper permeator (SSP) design with a tube-and-shell membrane module using Pd-Ag composite alloy membrane is adopted for the membrane separator. Module design is introduced into this membrane separator design, which could test different gases using membrane modules with different membrane materials.
