摘要
介绍了北京大学化学与分子工程学院中级仪器实验室新开发的机时预约及信息管理系统的结构模块和功能特色。系统在优化预约流程、强化预约功能的基础上,实现了仪器使用相关信息的网络查询和统计,提高了开放仪器实验室的服务水平和管理效率。此外还增设了导师远程查询和监管功能。
The structure module and functional characteristics of the instrument reservation ＆ information management system for the Intermediate Instrument Laboratory in the College of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering of Peking University are introduced. On the basis of optimizing reserving process and strengthening reserving function, gathering and compiling statistics of all the related information through Internet are achieved, which significantly improve the service level and management efficiency of the open laboratory. In addition, the system also enables the supervisors to inquiry about and advise the using of the instruments from long distance.
