进入21世纪,物流业在我国不断普及和深入,从而导致物流人才的供需缺口较大,由于物流业环节多、系统性强、科技含量高、理论与实践联系紧密等特点,物流教育面临着解决理论与实践接轨的难题,解决办法之一就是建设物流实验室。吉林大学军需科技学院物流实验室的建设是一个成功的案例。论文对该物流实验室的建设目标及原则、实验室布局、功能及在学生能力素质培养方面的作用进行了介绍。

Entering the 21^st centery, the practice of logistics goes towards the popularity and depth, which leads to the shortage of logistics talents. Due to characteristics of owning many sectors, strong systematicness, contents of high science and technology, close relationship between theory and practice, the education of logistics faces the difficuhies how to deal with paving the way for theory and practice in logistics industry. One of the methods is to construct the logistics laboratories. The construction of the logistics laboratory in Jilin University provides a successful case. The paper introduces the objective and principle, layout, function, and the quality cultivation for the students in the construction of logistics laboratory.
