摘要
测量并分析了TB3639型液晶光阀的电光特性曲线,讨论了频率变化对液晶显示器显示稳定性的影响.结果表明:阈值电压和饱和电压都随频率的增大而逐渐增大,尤其是阈值电压受频率影响更大,频率对陡度也有较大的影响.而阈值电压的变化与陡度的变化会影响LCD显示的稳定性,阈值电压升高,显示对比度会下降,阈值电压降低,易产生交叉串扰现象.经分析得出:在60~100 Hz区间,所测试的液晶光阀陡度随频率变化相对较小,显示特性较稳定.这为设计液晶显示器件,提高其显示稳定性提供了依据.
In this paper, the curves that reflect the electric-optical characteristics are measured and analyzed. The impact of frequency variation on the display stability of LCD is discussed. The results show that both the threshold voltage and the saturate voltage increase with the frequency, especially the threshold one. Further, the impact of frequency variation on the gradient is analyzed. It indicates that the changes of threshold voltage and the gradient are related to the display stability of LCD, whose display contrast descends as the threshold voltage increases and the cross-interfere phenomena occurs as it decreases. It is shown that the LCD light valve(TB3639) gets a smaller gradient thus shows better display stability. It can be supplied as references to the design of LCD devices where the display stability is very concerned.
