摘要
阐述了旋转型行波超声电机(TRUM)寿命试验的原理和试验条件。对本研究所研制的TRUM系列进行了寿命试验,应用线性最小二乘法曲线拟合其试验数据,得到了电机在额定载荷和空载状态下的运行速度-时间曲线。从这些曲线初步揭示了该类超声电机全寿命过程的磨合期、稳定工作期和损耗期的不同工作阶段,并发现超声电机具有二次磨合期和二次稳定工作期。该结果对超声电机的产业化具有重要的参考意义。
In order to use Traveling Wave Rotary Ultrasonic Motors (TRUM) more correctly, it is necessary to know the lifespan and characteristics of TRUM in working. The authors designed an experimental method for measuring the life of traveling wave rotary ultrasonic motors and the experimental procedure is performed. The rotational speed and running time of the specimens of TRUM series are obtained in real-time. A polynomial fit curve for velocity and running time is used to image the different work phases of ultrasonic motors. It includes the running-in peri- od, working period, fret fatigue period, second running-in period and second working period. The experimental resuits are helpful in producing the ultrasonic motors commercially in the future.
