摘要
当前我国的图书馆事业在理论和实践两个层面都程度不同地形成了对图书馆职业精神的反省和拷问,并围绕图书馆的核心价值、核心能力进行了广泛的探讨。基于心理契约的忠诚管理关注的是人的心理因素,强调的是人的内心的和谐,实施有效的忠诚管理对构建图书馆职业精神具有积极的意义。
At present, discussions on the core values of library profession are being with different degree in theory and practice of our library cause around the library profession' s core competence and values. Based on the Psychological Contract, the psychological factor is concern to loyalty management, harmony of the spirit is emphasized, and effective loyalty management to the core values of library profession is significant.
