钾营养对水培棉花氮、磷、钾分配和3种植物激素含量的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Potassium Nutrition on Distribution of Nitrogen,Phosphorus and Potassium and the Hormones Content of Three Plants in Cotton with Liquid

摘要 通过营养液培养研究钾营养对棉花氮、磷、钾分配和植物激素含量的影响,试验结果表明:提高营养液中钾的水平,能促进棉花对氮、磷、钾的吸收和利用,促进氮、磷、钾向地上部分的运转,同时,有利于棉花内源玉米素、赤霉酸和吲哚乙酸的合成、运输和代谢。棉花内源玉米素、赤霉酸和吲哚乙酸在各器官的分布在不同K水平下呈现规律性,玉米素:叶>根>茎,赤霉酸:叶>茎>根,吲哚乙酸:茎>叶>根。在钾营养下,棉花内源玉米素和赤霉酸与氮、磷、钾素的总吸收积累量相关性不明显,只有内源吲哚乙酸与氮、钾吸收总积累量呈显著相关,相关系数为0.9180和0.9769(n=6)。 This experiment is conducted to study effects of potassium nutrition on distribution of nitro- gen,phosphorus and potassium and the hormone content of plant in cotton through water culturing. The main results were as follows:the improvement of K concentration in nutrient not only promotes the absorption of N,P and K,but also promotes the movement of N,P and K from roots to stems and leaves. The synthesis, the transportation and metabolism of endogenes indoles-3-acetic acid(IAA), zeatin(Z) and gib- berellic acid (GA3) in cotton were advanced with promoting of K concentration in nutrient. The endogenes indoles-3-acetic acid,zeatin and gibberellic acid in various organs distribution in all kinds of K level present the regularity:the content of zeatin in leaf is more than that in root which is more than that in stem, the content of gibberelic acide in leaf is more than that in stem which is more than that in root, the content of indoles-3-acetic acid in stem is more than that in leaf which is more than that in root. Under potassium nutrition,there is no remarkable correlation between total absorption and accumulation of endogene indoles-3- acetic acid (IAA) ,zeatin (Z) and gibberellic acid (GA3) , N, P and K in cotton. The correlation coefficient is 0.9180 and 0. 9769 (n=6).
