饮用磁处理水对小尾寒羊母羊消化代谢的影响 被引量:7

摘要 给5只平均体重(45.1±9.2)kg的2-3岁龄空怀小尾寒羊母羊喂含粗料66%的日粮,采用自身对照设计,在试验期喂给磁处理水,以研究磁处理水对绵羊消化代谢的影响。结果表明,对照期绵羊的干物质采食量、有机物、粗蛋白、纤维素、半纤维索、钙、磷的消化率分别为(1370.2±132.2)g/a,(64.32±4.87)%,(71.80±3.96)%,(66.20±6.08)%,(55.96±6.73)%,(13.00±2.77)%,(20.42±5.57)%,饮用磁处理水后分别增加了17.3g/d,4.4%,5.0%,4.8%,3.8%,0.6%和2.8%。对照期绵羊有机物、粗蛋白、纤维素、半纤维素、钙、磷的消化量分别为(799.61±74.25),(119.98±10.44),(411.10±34.22),(130.28±10.91),(1.10±0.14),(0.80±0.16)g/d,饮用磁处理水后分别增加了22.6%,31.1%,-3.1%,16.1%,23.6%和25.0%。对照期绵羊体增重、氮、钙和磷保留垲分别为(185.0±264.3),(10.14±1.62),(0.82±0.11)和(0.77±0.14)g/d,饮用磁处理水后分别增加54.0%,27.3%,20.7%和24.7%。本研究表明饮用磁处理水可提高绵羊采食量,增加氮、钙和磷保留和体增重,但对消化率无显著影响。 Abstract: Five 2-3-year-old non-pregnant Small Tail Han Ewes,(45.1±9.2) kg of average body weight, fed with diet composed of 66% of maize straw and 34% of concentrate,were treated with self-contrast experiment design. Animals in treatment 1 (control) were given water and in treatment 2 the magnetic-treated water (MTW) was supplied to study the effect of MTW on digestion and metabolism of sheep. There- suits showed that the DM intake and the apparent digestibility of OM,CP,cellulose,semi-eellulose,Ca and P by animals in treatment 1 were (1 370.2±132.2) g/d, (64.32±4.87)%,(71.80±3.96)%,(66.20±6.08) %, (55.96±6.73) %,(13.00±2.77) %,(20.42±5.57)% respectively. When MTW was given, they were increased by 17.3%,4.4%,5.0%,-4.8%,3.8%,0.60% and 2.8% respectively. When sheep were given water, the amount of the digestible OM,CP, cellulose, semi-cellulose, Ca and P of the diet was (799.61±74.25),(119. 98±10. 44), (411.10±34.22),(130.28±10. 91),(1.10±0.14),(0.80±0.16) g/d respectively,and when MTW was fed,they were increased by 22.6% ,31.1%,-3.1% ,16.1%, 23.6& and 25.0% respectively. When sheep were given water,the average body weight gain and the retention of N,Ca and P was (185.0±264.3),(10.14±1.62),(0.82±0.11) and (0.77±0.14) g/d respec-tively, however, when MTW was fed, they were increased by 54.0% ,27.3%,20.7% and 24.7% respec-tively. The present study showed that MTW could increase the intake and the retention of N, Ca, Pand body weight gain, but had no significant effect on the digestibility of nutrients.
