妊娠小尾寒羊对3种不同精粗比日粮的消化与代谢 被引量:10

Digesting and Metabolizing Three Diets with Different Ratios of Concentrate of Maize Straw by Small Tail Han Ewes in Pregnancy Duration

摘要 选取12只体重约47kg的小尾寒羊母羊,按体重分为3组(每组n=4),分别喂给以玉米秸秆为粗饲料的精粗比为20:80(日粮1),30:70(日粮2)和40:60(日粮3)的日粮,以研究不同精粗比日粮对妊娠前期(50-65d)和后期(110-125d)小尾寒羊母羊消化代谢的影响。结果表明,3组(日粮1、日粮2和日粮3)单只羊的玉米秸秆采食量在妊娠前期分别为(891.2±51.7),(773.1±63.0)和(834.2±117.1)g/d,在妊娠后期分别为(891.3±26.0),(784.6±33.9)和(896.9±95.9)g/d;有机物采食量在妊娠前期单只羊分别为(1054.8±55.2),(1067.1±87.8)和(1359.6±187.0)g/d,在妊娠后期分别为(1023.6±32.4),(1005.7±33.5)和(1392.7±145.0)g/d;有机物表观消化率在妊娠前期分州为(65.8±1.0)%,(67.2±2.8)%和(69.3±1.3)%,在妊娠后期分别为(59.0±2.2)%,(68.1±3.3)%和(64.4±1.7)%;粗蛋白表观消化率在妊娠前期分别为(70.8±2.2)%,(74.9±2.3)%和(66.4±5.9)%,在妊娠后期分别为(68.3±2.1)%,(73.4±2.2)%和(68.8±1.8)%;纤维素消化率在妊娠前期分别为(67.8±2.1)%,(62.3±6.1)%和(61.7±3.7)%,在妊娠后期分别为(57.6±2.0)%,(65.8±9.7)%和(58.3±2.6)%;氮保留量单只羊在妊娠前期分别为(5.23±0.87),(7.71±0.45),(11.34±1.44)g/d,在妊娠后期分别为(5.86±1.43),(7.39±1.75)和(12.42±2.32)g/d;血浆胰岛素浓度在妊娠前期分别为(2.19×10^4±2.03),(4.75×10^4土3.09)和(6.50×10^4±2.53)U/mL,在妊娠后期分别为(3.59×10^4±0.78).(6.90×10^4±3.43)和(9.51×10^4±3.63)U/mL。3组每只母羊产羔前后体增重分别为(-4.50±1.62),(-0.20±9.41)和(1.92±4.57)kg。在小尾寒羊没有明显的孕期合成代谢现象,但血液中的胰岛素浓度在妊娠后期显著增加。结果表明,精粗比和妊娠时间对妊娠小尾寒羊日粮消化率的影响较为复杂,但繁殖小尾寒羊日粮的精料比应不低于30%。 12 Small Tail Han Ewes,with body weight of 47 kg, were divided into 3 groups (n =4),and were fed with 3 diets with ratios of concentrate to maize straw 20:80,30:70 and 40:60 respectively,to study the effect of diet ratio of concentrate to roughage on the digestion and metabolism of Small Tail Han Ewes in the early period( 50-65 days)and the late period (110-125 days)of pregnancy respectively. The results showed that the intake of maize straw was (891.2±51.7) ,(773.1±63.0) and (834.2±117.1)g/d respectively in the early period of pregnancy, and (891.3±26.0),(784.6±33.86) and (896.9±95.9)g/d respectively in the late period of pregnancy; the OM intake in 3 groups was(1054.8±55.2), (1067.1±87.8) and(1359.6±187.0)g/d respectively in the early period of pregnancy, and (1023.6±22.4),(1005.7±33.5) and (1392.7±145.0)g/d respectively in the late period of pregnancy. The OM digesti-bility was(65.8±1.0) %,(67.2±2.8) % and (69.3±1.3)% respectively in the early period of pregnancy,and (59.0±2.2)%, (68.1±3.3)% and (64.4±1.7)% respectively in the late period of pregnancy. The apparent CP digestibility was (70.8±2.2)%, (74.9±2.3)% and (66.4±5.9)% respectively in the early period of pregnancy,and (68.3±2.1)%,(73.4±2.2)% and (68.8±1.8)% respectively in the late period of pregnancy. The digestibility of cellulose was (67.8±2.1)%, (62.3±6.1)% and (61.7±3.7)% respectively in the early period of pregnancy,and (57.6±2.0)±, (65.8±9.7)% and (58.3±2.6)% respectively in the late period of pregnancy. The nitrogen retention was (5.23±0.87) ,(7.71±0.45) and (11.34±1.44)g/d respectively in the early period of pregnancy , and (5.86±1.43) ,(7.39±1.75) and (12.42±2.32) g/d respectively in the late period of pregnancy. The plasma insulin was (2.19×10^4±2.03), (4.75×10^4±3.09) and (6.5×10^4±2.53)U/mL respectively in the early period of pregnancy, and (3.59×10^4±0.78), (6.9×10^4±3.43) and(9.51×10^4±3.63)U/mL respectively in the late period of pregnancy. The body weight gain was (-4.5±1.62) ,(-0.2±9.41) and (1.92±4.57) kg during pregnancy. There was a clear sign of anabolism during pregnancy, however, the concentration of plasma insulin was increased with pregnancy. It is showed that the effects of the ratio of concentrate to roughage and the gestation on the digestibility of Small Tail Han Ewes were perplexing. The content of concentrate for reproducing Small Tail Han Ewes should not be less than by 30%.
