In this paper,the real time start up guide system for power station boilers was introduced for improving operation skills and lengthen the service life of boiler.By utilizing an industrial microcomputer,the system contains practical features,such as automatic optimization of start up curves,on line tracing of starp up parameters,limit exceeding alarms and operation instruction to ensure a safe and economical operation condition of boiler.Finally,in the light of expert system,the friendly man machine interface and menuprompt make the system flexible for on the spot operation.
