胸腺肽a1联合安络化纤丸治疗乙肝肝硬化疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:用胸腺肽a1联合安络化纤丸治疗代偿期肝硬化,观察治疗前后患者肝功能及肝纤维化的指标变化。方法:治疗组40例用胸腺肽a1联合安络化纤丸,对照组40例应用护肝片、甘利欣胶囊等,疗程6个月。结果:疗程结束后,治疗组在改善肝功能及肝纤维化指标HA、LN、CⅣ、PCⅢ方面治疗组与对照组差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:胸腺肽a1联合安络化纤丸对代偿期肝硬化肝功能恢复、抗肝纤维化具有良好作用。
