摘要
介绍了自行设计制造的、用于与大冶特殊钢股份有限公司170无缝机组配套的管坯折断机的主要技术参数及切口锯的类型。试验表明，无齿摩擦切口锯能较好地满足生产要求，生产率较高。同时介绍了国外管坯折断机的应用情况。
The paper describes the main technical data and the saw type concerning the tube blank cutting machine designed and manufactured by the subject plant's own technical force and incorporated with the 170 seamless steel tube mill line. Trial operation has proven that the non-tooth friction saw can meet the mill line's operational requirements with rather high effectiveness. Also introduced is the application of tube blank cutting machines overseas.
