摘要
φ130mm三辊穿孔机因某些部件结构不够合理，常常发生故障。为此，对该穿孔机的这些部件结构进行了改进，并对穿孔机压下装置的卡死故障作了简要分析。
The φ130mm 3-high piercing mill used to be very troublesome due to unreasonable structural design of some of the mill's components. Modification has been carried out to the said components. The article also covers a brief discussion on the trouble of jamming of the piercer screw-down unit.
