摘要
在对黏稠液体液位精确测量中,采用CCD(TCD1208)测量反射光斑的位置来测量液位的方法。设计了CCD输出信号的滤波放大电路和浮动阈值二值化处理硬件电路;整个电路系统方案简洁,运行可靠,测量精度高。
The method of measuring the position of reflecting beam facula by CCD to get the liquid level is adopted in sticky liquid level measurement. Circuit for filtering, amplifying and floating threshold value in dichotomy are designed .The system is simple, reliable and attains high accuracy.
