Platelet Activation and IBD

炎症性肠病(IBD)发病机制尚不明确,但其体内存在血液高凝及血栓前状态,血小板激活在IBD的病理生理中可能起了重要作用,有证据表明血小板除了其传统的止血功能外,还能作为一种促炎性细胞,其激活之后可以分泌大量诱导和扩大炎性反应的生物活性分子,血小板激活与IBD发生、发展密切相关,仅对IBD中血小板的激活和聚集的表现、原因、病理生理意义及其对IBD治疗的临床意义等方面予以综述。

The pathogenesis of inflammatory bowel diseasei （IBD） was still indefinite. But some aspects in patients with IBD incuding hypereoagulabale state and pre-thrombotic state, as well as platlet activation maybe play an important role in the pathophysiology of IBD. Many evidences showed that platelet is also an proinflammatory cells, and can secrete quantity of bioactive molecules inducing and enlarging inflammatory after its activation besides its traditional role in hemestasis. The activation of platlet has close relationship with the genesis and development of IBD. This article reviews the manifestation, reasons, pathophysiological significance of plate.let activation and aggregation,and its clinical significance for IBD therapy.
