摘要 口服及局部用药等方法仅能起到改善症状,缓解疼痛等作用,且对较重患者疗效欠佳;以镜下手术为代表的各种手术方法已成为临床上常用的手段,且效果明显。但该方法所修复的软骨在组织学,软骨特性等方面均不如正常软骨;组织工程是当下处理软骨损伤最有潜力的一项技术,但该技术大部分还处于动物实验阶段,距临床应用还有很大距离。关节软骨的修复一直是临床上的难题,现对目前软骨修复的方法予以综述。 Medication by oral or local application only plays the effect on improving symptom and relieving pian, and has poor efficacy on patients with serious symptom. While, many surgery methods characterized by arthroscopic surgery has become the common method in clinic with obvious effects. But cartilage restored by this methods is not equal to the normal cartilage in ninny aspects, such as histology, cartilage feature and so on. Tissue engineering is the technique with the most potential to treat cartilage injury. But the majority of this technique are still in animal experimental stage having long distance to clinical application. Restoration of arthrodial cartilage has been being the difficulty in clinic. This article reviews the method restorating cartilage.
