摘要
利用资源丰富的可再生天然高分子材料魔芋葡甘聚糖为原料,以发烟硝酸、浓硫酸、五氧化二磷为反应体系制备了不溶于水而在丙酮等有机溶剂中溶解性好的葡甘聚糖含能材料;并通过元素分析、FT-IR、SEM、X衍射、TG-DSC等对其含氮量、结构、和性能等进行了分析表征。结果表明:新型的材料含有—ONO2基团,含氮量达13.59%,疏松的网络结构,结晶性增强,分解温度为161℃,有较大的放热峰,具有含能材料的性质。
Using Konjac glucomannan as the raw material,energetic glucomannan (EKGM) was synthesized in the mixture of fuming nitric acid, concentrated sulfuric acid and phosphoric anhydride,and was characterized by elementary analysis, FTIR,SEM ,XRD and TG-DSC. The results indicate that the nitrogen content of EKGM is 13.59% due to the presence of -ONO2 , and crystallinity is higher than that of original KGM because of a loose network structure and the decomposition temperature is 161 ℃ with a high exothermic peak.
