脑红蛋白与神经系统缺氧缺血性损伤 被引量:2

摘要 脑红蛋白(neuroglobin,NGB)属于血红素类球蛋白家族,最初是2000年由Burmester等发现的体内第三类携氧蛋白,因其主要在脑组织中表达,故称“脑红蛋白”。随后的一系列研究发现,它在神经系统氧的摄取、运输和利用等生理过程中起着重要作用,在神经系统缺氧的适应性反应过程中亦起重要作用,低氧损伤和中枢系统缺血实验中其表达增高,且它的含量越低对缺氧的耐受性越差。现对此方面的研究进展综述如下。
