摘要 介绍了河北敬业60万t焦炉集气管压力DCS专家控制方案。集气管蝶阀采用变增益PID控制,鼓风机变频器采用依据集气管平均压力采样变增益增量控制。有效地克服了常规PID对非线性、耦合严重、扰动频繁剧烈的过程对象的控制不足。实践证明,该方案控制精度高、反应快、不振荡,很好地满足了生产要求。 The DCS expert control plan for collecting pipe pressure of 600000 t coke oven of Hebei Jingye Group is presented. Butterfly valves of the collecting pipe are controlled by variable gain PID. Frequency converter of an air blower is controlled by variable gain increment of sample according to average overcomes the shortcoming that conventional pressure of the collecting pipe. It effectively PID can not control well the process object which is nonlinear, serious coupling, and frequent and severe disturbance. The practice shows that the plan is characterized by high precision control, quick reaction and vibration free and it meets well the requirements of production.
