进行高炉鼓风脱湿,可以降低高炉冶炼的工序能耗,稳定高炉冶炼工况,是企业节能降耗的重要途径。文章对鼓风脱湿的发展、对高炉冶炼的影响进行了详细的论述,并进行了脱湿系统的热平衡计算,为该技术在冶金企业的进一步推广应用提供了依据。
Blast dehumidification of blast furnace can reduce energy consumption of smelting procedure of blast furnace and stabilize operating condition of blast furnace smelting. It is an important way for enterprises to save energy and reduce consumption. Development of the blast dehumidification and its effect on blast furnace smelting are expounded. Heat balance of the dehumidification system is calculated, which provides basis for the technology to be applied in metallurgic enterprises.
