摘要
采用Gleeble-1500D热力模拟试验机对铸造铅黄铜进行了压缩试验,试验条件中应变速率为0.0002~0.005s-1,变形温度为540~660℃,真应变为0.1~1.2,初始晶粒尺寸为38μm。在Sellars基本模型的基础上,通过对试验数据进行回归,建立了铸态铅黄铜动态再结晶模型,并用Deform-3D软件模拟了铜合金轴承保持架准超塑性成形过程中的动态再结晶,模拟结果与试验所测的数据吻合,表明所建立的铸态铅黄铜动态再结晶模型具有实用性。
The compression test of as-cast lead brass was conducted by thermal/mechanical simulating testing machine,Gleeble-1500D,with the strain rate of 0.000 2~0.00 5 s-1 at 540~660 ℃ and the initial grain size of 38 μm and true strain at 0.1~1.2.Based on the Sellars model,the model of dynamic recystallization(DRX) has been established by experimental data regression,and then the DRX in the solid cages during quasi-superplastic extruding process has been simulated by Deform-3D software,which is well in agreement with the practical ones,showing the availability of the established model.
