摘要
铝熔炉的电磁搅拌能显著提高铝加工企业的生产效率和经济效益。针对一个110t铝熔炉的电磁搅拌器,通过建立模型,进行了磁场与流场的数值模拟。结果表明,在熔体内部,磁场沿熔炉高度方向剧烈衰减;铝熔体在电磁力的作用下,形成两个大的回流区,铝熔炉表面的速度分布均匀。
Electromagnetic stirring in aluminum melt furnace can significantly improve production and economical efficiency of aluminum production enterprise.The numerical simulation of magnetic field and flow field in 110 tons aluminum melt furnace with electromagnetic stirring was conducted.The simulated results indicate that the magnetic field along height direction of melt furnace is sharply faded in aluminum melt.There exists two obvious reverse region in the aluminum melt and uniformly distributed speed on the surface of the melt with electromagnetic force.
