摘要
本文应用激光CT(computedtomography)技术对柴油机喷雾进行了研究。研制、开发了一套柴油机喷雾的激光CT测试系统,其中采用红宝石激光器作光源、CCD(chargecoupleddevice)摄像机作探测器,将柴油机喷雾图像实时采集到计算机图像处理系统上。根据采集的喷雾投影数据,用代数重建技术(algebraicreconstructiontechnique,简称ART)对喷雾图像进行重建,实现了柴油机喷雾内部构造的可视化和相对浓度的三维测量。
This paper presents the application of laser CT (Computed Tomography) technique to the study of diesel spray. The laser CT measurement system of diesel spray was developed, in which the ruby laser was used as light source, and a CCD (Charge Coupled Device) video camera was used as a detector to detect the extinction signals of the spray. The diesel spray images were grabbed in real time, and the 3 dimensional spray image was reconstructed by ART (Algebraic reconstruction technique) via the projection data. As a result, the internal structure of diesel spray was visualized and the 3 dimensional relative concentration distribution of the spray was measured.
