摘要 利用轻型汽车排放标准GB18352.3—2005中的国Ⅲ、国Ⅳ两个阶段Ⅰ型试验排放限值的变化及使用满意统计量和不满意统计量的判定方法,对排放生产一致性检查判定的影响进行分析。可以得出,对于同一组实验数据,按照国Ⅳ排放限值进行排放生产一致性检查判定比按照国Ⅲ排放限值严格;采用满意统计量判定比采用不满意统计量判定严格。有助于轻型汽车生产企业确定排放生产一致性检查的控制方案。 According to the provisions in standard GB18352. 3-2005 Limits and measurement methods for emissions from light-duty vehicles ( Ⅲ,Ⅳ phases for China), the effects of the differences of emission limits in typeⅠ test between phase Ⅲ and phase IV and the different judging methods for different cases on the result of conformity of production (COP) assessment are analyzed. The results show that for the same set of test data, the judgment u- sing phase IV emission limits is stricter than that using phase 11 emission limits, and the judgment for the case that the authority is satisfied with the production standard deviation given by the manufacturer is stricter than the judg- ment for the case that the authority is not satisfied with the production standard deviation given by the manufacturer. The conclusion is helpful for light vehicle manufacturers to determine the scheme for emission COP assessment.
